Members enjoyed an experimental and entertaining evening, led by Matthew Evans, who introduced us to pastel painting on waterproof glass paper. Following instructions on the technique from Matthew, we were encouraged to express our own style and produce a variety of colourful and expressive paintings in a media new to some of those present. As usual, it was a lively and social event, enjoyed by all.
